The Real Estate Tenancy Law of the Ras Al Khaimah emirate will be officially approved by the local government in the next few days and will be effective immediately, Gulf News reported.
According to the newspaper, the law was submitted to Shaikh Saqr Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, for the final approval. The law was needed in Ras Al Khaimah to organise the relationship between landlords and tenants.
