Redington Gulf signs new distribution agreement for Juniper Networks in Middle East & Africa

Redington Gulf, one of the leading IT distributors and supply chain solutions providers in Middle East and Africa, today announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with NYSE-listed Juniper Networks to distribute its full portfolio of networking and security products, becoming a Middle East region-wide Value-Add Distributor.


Redington Gulf, part of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) listed Redington India Ltd, is one of the leading and fastest growing IT distributors in the Middle East and Africa region. Redington Gulf has a strong presence in 18 markets, and is associated with 24 leading global IT and telecom brands, with over 4200 channel partners.

Commenting on the agreement, Taj El-Khayat – Head of Channels and Commercial Sector, Juniper Networks MEA said: The tie up with Redington comes in line with our distribution strategy and our regional expansion plans within the emerging markets. We have been monitoring their success in the Value Business and believe their addition to our distribution landscape will help us develop new markets such West, East Central Africa as well as the GCC region leveraging on that success.  The key pillars of the relationship will be growing Juniper’s successful run-rate business, driving J-reseller recruitment in new markets, and delivering in-country stocking and value add in support of our channel in west, east, central Africa as well as key markets like Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.”
