Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is the next thing that will make Dubai’s booming real estate sector more liquid and accessible to foreign investors, Khaleej Times reported.
The Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX) is projected to list a few REITs and REIT funds during 2006. The introduction of this new asset class is about to make the real estate sector more liquid by recycling of resources, the paper added.
