Saudi fast food chain Al-Baik has entered the sandwich business in the Kingdom with the launch of a new product based exclusively on customer feedback and requests.

According to Chief Executive Al-Baik, Rami Abu-Ghazaleh, the sandwich business in the Kingdom is a very robust one, with a significant growth rate. “By listening to the requests of our customers, and conducting extensive research, we were able to come up with the concept for the new sandwich,” he said. “

Al-Baik chicken and shrimp fast food restaurants have been operational in Saudi Arabia for over 25 years. The new sandwich concept, which was recently launched, brings together a chicken fillet, prepared with a blend of spices, garlic and the addition of french fries and pickles wrapped in Arabic bread. — (menareport.com)
