According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, four new trade centers are currently being built along the Shehar Street in the Saudi Province of Taif.
The new trade centers, which cost SR 80 million, will be accomplished by the end of the current year. Several well-known companies and restaurants rushed to occupy their space in the new centers, since most popular markets and stores are located in Shehar Street.
The new projects in this street increased the local real estate prices by four folds. For an instance, the price of a 400-meter plot jumped to more than SR 1 million.
