According to Al-Bayan newspaper, the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Suliman Saad Al-Humaid, announced that the organization is planning to expand its investments, and thus, it is searching for new investment opportunities in the Saudi markets. Inaugurating a new branch of the Carrefour Saudi Hypermarkets, Mr. Al-Humaid estimated the organization's investments in the real estate sector at SR 3 billion. He added that GOSI is planning to soon offer a business offices complex project by SR 800 million costs and an entertainment city study project. GOSI is also planning three residential complex projects in Al-Madina Al-Monawara.
