According to Al-Riyadh newspaper (June 7, 2005), the Saudi real estate market is waiting for a new project, which will provide unique real estate services aimed at connecting all the operating real estate companies and offices in the Kingdom by an electrophone network.
The new electrophone will link all real estate offices from eastern to western and from northern to southern Saudi Arabia. Mr. Mohammed Al Mutawaa, project manager, said that a real estate phone center will be inaugurated in the next few weeks to provide real estate search and marketing services to the public. He added that the center will provide free services to all callers. It offers detailed information about real estate sale, purchase and rental.
