The value of Saudi Arabia's non-oil exports are expected to grow to SR 66.7 billion by the end of 2006, up from SR 58 billion in 2005, a 15% growth, according to the Saudi Exports Center.  It should be mentioned that King Abdullah approved last year a decision made by the board of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) allocating SR15 billion to underwrite credit facilities to boost non-oil exports. These exports include petrochemicals, plastics, agricultural equipment, construction products and equipment, metallic and food products.
