E-business solutions provider ACCPAC International announced that it had delivered a turnkey solution to the Saudi Hotels and Resort Company (SHARACO), which owns and operates hotels and resorts across the Kingdom. The solution is designed to automate and streamline SHARACO’s premises around the Kingdom. ACCPAC’s Riyadh-based partner Esoul Al-Khaleej, deployed the software in the first five hotels and resorts during a three-months period.

The five premises included in phase one of the project are Sahara Airport Hotel in Riyadh, Sahara Tabuk Hotel in Tabuk, Ajyad Makkah Hotel in Makkah, Al-Khaleej Village in the Eastern province and Al-Nakheel Village in Jeddah. Additional properties will start implementing the same solution in the very near future.

“The project includes three phases: customizing the ACCPAC back office accounting software and the Springer-Miller Systems software for front-office hospitality for local hotels and resorts, implementing the customized and integrated solutions across the Kingdom and

finally ensuring continued support with training and consulting services,” explained Khalid Al-Shengiti, general manager of Esoul Al-Khaleej.

SHARACO’s management will be able to have access to a complete multi-company/multi property accounting system that makes tracking, viewing, printing and analyzing financial information easy to use and fully integrated with existing guest related services and other services that SHARACO will add in the future.

Springer Miller Systems is an international provider of property management solutions, which are developed to seamlessly integrate with ACCPAC’s Pro Series accounting software. In 1998, Springer-Miller Systems opened its first regional office in Malaysia.
