A joint Saudi-Tunisian residential housing project recently began operations in Tunisia under the name Carthage Beaches Resort.
The project, costing an estimated 140 million Tunisian dinars ($93.8 million) to construct, was built under the auspices of the Saudi Investments Group, according to KsaToday daily.
The resort complex consists of several five-star hotels, including Golden Hotel, Kertaj Tunisia Hotel and the Dutch Golden Hotel. Facilities at the complex include several luxury chalets, sports clubs, a swimming pool and a commercial center. ― (MENA Report)
