An agreement was signed earlier this week between Movenpick and Schletterer Wellness & Spa Design for the turnkey solution for the $9.5 million Movenpick Resort Oceana Palm Jumeirah.
Schletterer International Group will provide a turnkey solution from concept design to development and construction for the hotel as well as create an $8 million spa facility for the upcoming Movenpick Resort & Spa Palm Jumeirah according to Gulf News.

"Spas are an essential component of today's hotel product and we wanted to create an experience unlike any other in the region," said Thomas Tapken, general manager and regional manager for Dubai.
"Our alignment with Schletterer means that guests and spa-goers will experience something unique in Dubai," he added.
