According to Al-Riyadh newspaper (June 22, 2005), some real estate sources in the Emirate of Sharjah in the UAE revealed that a Saudi company, which belongs to a big business group, has been conducting negotiations to buy a land plot in the Industrial Estate of Sharjah. The same sources estimated the involved area at 2 million square meters and the plot's price at Dh 100 million.
The sources expect the Saudi enterprise, which operates in the real estate sector in the UAE in general and in the Emirate of Sharjah in particular, to finalize the agreement in the next few days.
