The launch of a new residential tower in Jumeirah Village, "Imperial Residence,” is set to be announced by Tameer Holding during the Cityscape Show.
The event is to take place during December 4-6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, according to Khaleej Times.
The ‘Imperial Residence’ will also include a twin tower structure that will comprise of 28 floors that rise from a 4-storey podium.
It overlooks the Al Khail Road and the Emirates Road, and will spread over 1 million sq ft., includes 569 residential units in a variety of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
