Tameer Holding has announced the launch of Al Shahd tower in Dubai. Located within the elite Emirates Hill project, the latest project will cover a building area of 159,000 square feet, and will consist of 17 floors including the ground and basement levels. Al Shahd Tower will be offered only on rent to tenants, and is not for sale.
Being built at a cost of AED50 million, the Al Shahd Tower will comprise of 168 apartments, including studio, single and 2 bedroom units.
