Mortgage services provider Tamweel is expanding its affiliate list of Tier B developers of freehold projects in Dubai.
This is part of the company's calibrated strategy to expand its share of the local market, according to a top official, speaking recently to Gulf News.
Tamweel will make payments to a Tier B developer only on the completion of the project and the handover of the contracted units.
