A 12-storey luxury apartment hotel will be constructed in Seef district, it was announced Monday. According to GDN, the 130-apartment building is a joint venture between Dadabhai Real Estate Development Company and Fortune Promoseven.
A second apartment hotel, featuring 154 luxury flats, will be built near Shaikh Hamad Causeway and Novotel Al Dana Hotel by a local Bahraini investment company. The costs of these two projects are put at BD18 million.
