According to Al-Bayan newspaper, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Minister of Defense, instructed all involved parties in the UAE Housing Program to start the necessary preparations including the infrastructure for the project. The project is aimed at ensuring that UAE nationals have suitable housing facilities and better standards of living.
