The shareholders of the UAE-based Sorouh Real Estate Company, officially formed the company at the first general body meeting, have appointed Saeed Eid Al Ghafli, as CEO. The general body meeting was postponed last week for lack of quorum.
Besides giving legal shape to Sorouh Real Estate Company, the shareholders appointed a board of directors which considered the terms of operations, expenditures and allotment policies of Sorouh Real Estate Company.
