The value of land transactions registered on 18-04-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 63 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 7 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 32.718 million paid for a 159600 sq feet area in Um Suqaim Second.An amount of Dhs 13.133046 million, for a 21888.41 sq feet area of land in Emirates Hills Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 10.85 million paid for a 6872 sq feet area in the Naif district.
