The value of land transactions registered on 13-12-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 26 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 6 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 10.7 million paid for a 799645.1 sq feet area in Lehbab.An amount of Dhs 5.5386 million, for a 6154 sq feet area of land in Al Khabeesi, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 5.3 million paid for a 10000 sq feet area in the Mirdif district.
The single biggest plot sold was 799645.1 sq feet at Lehbab for the sum of Dhs 10.7 million. The second biggest was the 10000 sq feet area in Mirdif that sold for Dhs 5.3 million.
