The Chief Executive Officer of the French Vivendi Universal Company, Jean-Marie Messier, stated that the Vivendi Group will strive to be the largest foreign investor in Morocco. The group is planning to increase its investments in Morocco to five billion dollars, reported Al-Hayat .
