The UAE's newly-launched remote working programme has opened new avenues of hope for recruitment firms and tech-based companies as they get staff from Dubai for their employers abroad.
Dubai's initiative enables overseas remote working professionals to live in the emirate while continuing to serve their employers in their home country and key industries perceive this as a good move to cut costs while at the same time retaining talent in the UAE.
"I see technology, fintech, e-commmerce and digital marketing functional experts taking advantage of this opportunity. The workforce from many countries supporting international clients from remote locations would seize this opportunity to live in the UAE and serve the global market," said Abbas Ali, senior vice-president at Tasc Outsourcing.

This new move by the UAE will be a stepping stone in building a new economic sector that revolves around technology, digitalisation, remote management and creativity.
