The Yemeni Prime Minister, Abdul-Qader Bajamal, said that the global changes that occurred after the September 11 attacks on the United States interrupted the launching of several projects in Yemen, reported Al-Hayat . The most important of these projects is the export of $2.5 billion worth of Yemeni gas to India. Yemen was expected to supply India with five to six million tons of gas per annum. The contract was canceled after the attack on the Twin Towers in New York City. — (menareport.com)
