The Eurovent Certification has just been awarded to Zamil Air Conditioner (ZAC)’s Cooline for its air conditioners up to 12 kW cooling / heating capacity. The products include window types, mini-splits and ducted Splits. This certification confirms that the cooling and heating capacity ratings generated by ZAC's own laboratories and published in Cooline's catalogs are indeed the correct and accurate values.

Eurovent is a capacity / performance certification that has been made mandatory in Europe and is fast becoming popular in all the regions. This is the only certificate for 50 Hz cycle units and has close resemblance to ARI / AHAM standards for 60 Hz units. Cooline is the first brand from Middle East to receive Eurovent.

Cooline expanded its sales to about 40 countries by 2001. Eurovent follows Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers Certification received in 2000. ZAC is the largest supplier of air conditioners in the Middle East. It manufactures and markets a whole range of air conditioners - from room air conditioners to package units to large commercial air conditioners, including chillers and specialized air handling units.

Over the past few years, Zamil Air Conditioners has embarked upon an ambitious growth path. Besides expanding its production, the company has made three acquisitions in Europe and invested heavily in research and development. — (menareport.com)
