Zamil Steel Industries (ZSI)' Structural Steel Business Unit (SSBU) has purchased new machinery to facilitate its plans to expand and diversify its product base.

Its new Stierli-Richtpresse 2000 RP machine - Swedish technology- is used to bend not only small size pipes, I, H and C section beams, but also giant sized beams into any curve or shape required. The result is the ability to create an artistic look for a building, shopping mall or any other commercial complex.

Zamil Steel's SSBU has been awarded the contract to architecturally shape steel beams for the Yamama Castle Project for Saudi Oger in Riyadh.

Founded in 1977, ZSI is a manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings and a supplier of steel structures, transmission and telecommunications towers, open web steel joists and floor deckings. — (menareport.com)
