Employees at a Mini Showroom shared a photo on WhatsApp portraying a mock Daesh style execution.
The photo depicted two female Mini employees knelt on the ground with their arms bound behind their backs and knitted sacks pulled over their heads.
Seizing the attention of Mini’s management team, the photo resulted in work suspensions for those involved and an investigation into the incident.
One member of the staff, as reported by The Daily Star, commented on the photo: “This is my Arabic prince…tell that slut Margaret to back off!”
The British automobile manufacturer replied to the circulating photo by calling it offensive
This incident comes after HSBC fired six employees who were responsible for staging a simulated Daesh execution of an Asian worker robed in an orange jumpsuit and found kneeling at the feet of fellow colleagues impersonating Daesh militants.
