Models with three breasts were sent down the catwalk in a bizarre Milan Fashion Week show - apparently inspired by the iconic character from Total Recall.
Two models showing off neon harness bra tops displayed three breasts underneath in the GCDS Spring/Summer 2019 show on Saturday.
Both women had a prosthetic breast inserted in between their natural pair in order to create the outlandish look.
The models immediately evoked the famous scene from 1990 film Total Recall, which featured a three-breasted prostitute flashing at Arnold Schwarzenegger's character.
Actress Lycia Naff played the iconic character in the original film, with the role reprised in the 2012 remake starring Colin Farrell by actress Kaitlyn Leeb.
Italian brand GCDS stands for 'God Can't Destroy Streetwear', founded by brothers Giuliano and Giordano Calza in 2015.
The three-breasted models were part of a catwalk show by the brand themed around a dystopian future - which designer Giuliano wanted to be act as a 'wake-up call'.
The brand's new collection featured eye-catching neon ensembles, as well as metallic foil separates and utility clothing.
The bold collection also featured sci-fi elements with the use of metallic foil, combined cartoon-inspired looks.
One model wore a daring see-through plastic dress, which was teamed with a pair of bright orange pants underneath, and matching fringe boots.
Speaking to WWD following his show, Guiliano explained how he wanted his catwalk show to get people thinking about the future.
'We’re a young group here - we’re all under 30 - and I wanted to talk to people our age about the future and get them thinking about plastics, water shortage and the environment,' he said.
'Full sustainability is impossible, and I wanted this show to be a wake-up call.'
