A famous Emirati lawyer extended a job offer to US President Barack Obama at the end of his term - via Twitter!
Eisa Bin Haidar, founder of the international law firm Bin Haider Advocates & Legal Consultants, tweeted: “President Obama, I offer you a job in my office. Salary housing tickets and travel to Arab countries”
Bin Haidar clarified in a second tweet that he hopes Obama takes the job and comes to the UAE to gain a different perspective of Islam.
”I am doing this so you get to meet Islam closely and know that it is a religion of peace,” the tweet said.
Bin Haidar continued, “I know that my offer sounds strange, but you got to live with Muslims to get to know them well away from all the political plays done by the US."
President Obama's twitter account has not responded to the offer.
