Deputising for HRH Prince Hassan, HRH Princess Rahma on Tuesday have opened an exhibition of plastic art by artist Nadine Toukan, the exhibit is focusing on Jerusalem, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said.
The princess listened to an explanation about the paintings presented by Toukan. The exhibition included 27 paintings that embodied the holy city, its markets, and its religious and historical landmarks.
Toukan expressed her appreciation for the prince’s sponsorship of the exhibition and thanked the princess for her presence. The paintings were created with watercolours and narrate sacred, historical and archaeological stories of Jerusalem, Toukan added.
The exhibition will continue until Wednesday at Ras Al Ain Gallery, Petra reported.
