An expat has been arrested on charges of trafficking alcohol, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said.
A statement issued online by ROP said, "The Al Dakhiliya Governorate Police Command arrested an expatriate of Asian nationality for trafficking alcohol and seized 588 bottles of alcoholic beverages. Legal measures have been taken against him."
