The young Egyptian actress Mina Shalaby was chosen by the writer Yusri Al Fakharni to participate in the television drama series “Wa Darat Al Ayam” (And the Days Turn).
The great Egyptian actress Faten Hamamah is also likely to appear in the series, her first television drama in ten years. Hamamah last starred in the television series “Wajeh Al Qamar” (The Moon’s Face), aired during the 2000 Ramadan season.
Mina said that she hopes the project will begin as soon as possible. Even though she is busy filming a number of movies, she agreed to star in the series because working with Hamamah is a life long dream of hers, said Mina.
