Fans of one of Egypt's biggest stars, Adel Imam, were relieved to hear that rumors of a deterioration in the actor's health are untrue.
News had surfaced that Adel was faced with a sudden bout of ill health while filming an exclusive interview with Egyptian TV host Wafa Kilani in Paris. Fans of the comic star feared that the interview, which is set to be aired on MBC Egypt, would not go ahead.
But according to Middle East news portal Elaph, Adel has put the rumors down to idol gossip, claiming his only concern is whether the interview will be aired in one episode or two.
Adel has also teased excited fans, saying the show is sure to meet the 'satisfaction of viewers'.
And if that wasn't enough, fans can expect to see more of the well-loved celeb next year with a show in the pipeline for Ramadan 2013.
