The UAE is home to a number of budding Spielbergs it seems, as the Battle Of The Best-Film Fest takes up residence at Vox Cinema Deira City Centre on Friday, November 20.
This festival is a platform for emerging and established filmmakers, to connect with real audiences and bridge the gap between real and reel. A total of nine shortlisted movies have made it to the finals and will compete with each other at the Film Fest. A panel of judges has been appointed to select the winners in the following categories: Best film, director, actor and actress.
Non-English movies will have subtitles and each of these movies is being screened in the UAE for the very first time. So whether it's horror, romance or action you're after, you'll find it from 7pm this Friday.
