So Bella Hadid was determined to parade her sartorial prowess as she stormed the red carpet at the De Grisogono party during The 69th Annual Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old supermodel shone bright at the jewellery bash as she slipped into a bedazzled pinstripe suit with a flesh-flashing bustier underneath.

Bella made the most of her statuesque frame as she sported the dazzling black two-piece which featured a tailored suit jacket and flared trousers.
The clue was in the detail with the stunning suit as the entirety of the two-piece was given the bling factor with a delicate trim of dazzling silver chains.

Los Angeles-native Bella, who is dating hitmaker The Weeknd, was not prepared to hide her slender frame beneath a suit as beneath the jacket she went for a cheeky bralet underneath.
The bra shape gave her bust a cheeky boost, while the bottom of the braline extended into a heavily tasseled attachment of chains which coordinated with the suit.
She added height to her already statuesque frame with the help of a pair of strappy heels.
As opposed to her sister Gigi, who is known for her California girl looks with blonde hair and tanned skin, Bella favours a more brooding, gothic look.
Her near-raven tresses were swept into an elegant chignon with loose tendrils framing her flawlessly made-up face.
The pretty star looked dewy and glowing, showing off her naturally stunning good looks, while she slicked on just a dash of liquid eyeliner to define her narrow, smouldering glare.

Packing on the jewels was a natural move for the party held by the luxury Swiss jewel giant, as she rocked a glimmering ring and a tiered black necklace.
Other stars to storm the bash included the Hadid family friends - members of the Kardashian and Jenner clan.
Leading the arrivals was Kim Kardashian who dazzled in a chainmail dress which showed off her incredible weight loss since the birth of her second child Saint.

Looking every inch the global superstar, she oozed glamour as she hit the red carpet in her Cannes debut - looking spectacular in the process.
