According to JoongAng Daily, Dongbinggo-dong, located near Hannam New Town, is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment. Hannam-dong is considered one of South Korea's wealthiest and most luxurious areas, making it the heart of many K-drama series and a reference in K-pop songs.
