Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi appeared in a video posted on her official page on the social network Facebook shouting the slogan “The people call for the toppling of the current regime”. The video was shot during Haifa’s visit to the Lebanese school in the Qatari capital Al Doha.
The reason behind Haifa’s chanting of the slogan was not clarified from the video for she appears at first talking to a group of people then suddenly she begins saying the slogan.
According to the internet website MBC.net, the video witnessed a large number of viewers and positive feedback especially from Egyptian viewers who called on Haifa to join the Egyptian people in their march of millions in Tahrir Square demanding the ousting of the Military Armed Forces who proved to have failed in keeping the country safe after the toppling of the regime of ousted President Husni Mubarak.
