Having worked together so closely on set at the talent show X Factor Arabia, it certainly seems a little strange that Carole Samaha and Elissa haven't been seen together in months. Rumors arose that the two were on the outs, espcially since no congratulations were heard from Elissa on Carole's recent nuptials.
When asked what gives between the two, Carole flatly denied that they were at odds with one another.
“We have not run into one another for a few months so how can we be at odds with one another? We did not meet together to have a dispute occur," she said.
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Carole hinted that the competitive vibe required from the judges of the talent show may have led their relationship to cool off or 'ligthen', especially since Elissa is a very emotional person.
That being said, Carole still claims she is not in a dispute with Elissa, or any other celebrity, and if she were at loggerheads with anyone she would not be afraid to talk about it publicly.
On the sensitive matter of whether Carole is upset at Elissa for not congratulating her on her recent marriage, Carole dismissed the media-speculation, saying that when a friend or colleague does not call for several months she does not mind since she knows that people are busy with life.
