It’s rumored that well-known concert agent Youssef Harb has filed a lawsuit against fellow Lebanese singer Fares Karam.
Harb demanded the whopping sum of $3 million as compensation, after Fares refused to hold a concert organized by Harb in the US, following a mutual agreement between the two parties to go ahead with the concert.
According to Elaph news, it was reported that Fares was furious with Harb over a number of incidents that took place during their last US tour together. Why arrange to have a second tour with the same guy then, Fares?
At the time, some of the incidents that particularly bothered Fares were discovering that he would have to share the stage with singers who he wasn’t friendly with, and Harb’s delay - and prolonging - in paying Fares his full due wages.
Meanwhile, other sources have denied rumors of a lawsuit or even problems between the two. According to those sources, Fares is currently on tour the US and Canada, which was organized by another agent, and is so far witnessing a lot of success.
