The health conditions of the Egyptian actor George Sidhom have improved by the physiotherapy sessions, which he is keen on attending since he has had stroke in 1997. The actor went into coma for several months after which he recovered but without being able to move.
Seedhom’s wife, Linda, told the Arabic daily Al Sharq Al Awsat that her husband began physiotherapy treatment, reading newspapers and magazines and watching various TV channels. He even, his wife added, practices some hobbies including playing Dominos and chess but he is still suffering from difficulty in speech and so he expresses himself by signaling and or using eye movement.
Linda said that among her husband’s constant visitors are Nadia Lutfi, Yusra, Samir Ghanem and his wife Dalal Abdel Aziz in addition to letters we receive from his fans.
Linda confirmed that her husband has begun to walk normally inside his house after years he spent on the wheel chair -- Albawaba.com
