Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe ridiculed recent rumors that she was kidnapped by an armed group of men.
Haifa sarcastically wrote on her official page on the internet social network Twitter, “Breaking News: artist Haifa Wehbe was kidnapped by a group of armed men while entering a social event in Cairo…Really?!”
On a different note, Haifa is currently filming the scenes of her upcoming Egyptian television drama “Mawlid wa Sahbo Ghayeb” alongside Egyptian belly dancer Fifi Abdo and actor Ahmad Khalil.
The drama is written by Mustafa Muharam, directed by Sherine Adel and produced by Mohammad Fawzi.
