Lebanese star Haifa Wehbe has come out to deny rumours that she has given up singing in favour of acting.
Assuring fans that her singing is here to stay, Wehbe reminded them that Egyptian stars have a history of juggling both careers, naming legendary performers Egyptian diva Suad Hosny, actress Shadia, and singer Faizah Ahmad.
Suspicions have been rising since Wehbe announced that she would putting her new album on hold to devote her time to filming scenes for her upcoming TV drama 'Mawild Wa Sahbo Ghayeb' which she is starring in alongside Egyptian belly dancer and actress Fifi Abdo.
But, to prove that her promises aren't a load of hot air, Wehbe has announced that her upcoming album is nearing completion.
Her fans can breathe a sigh of relief!
