Egyptian actress Hanan Turk has recorded a new video for the Islamic Relief Organization calling on people to help people in Somalia. Hanan urged people to donate the meat from lamp sacrificed during the upcoming Muslim holiday Eid Al Adha to the Somalian people and help reduce their hunger.
Hanan had stressed through the video that it is urgent to help the hungry people in Somalia and she had seen the suffering first hand during a recent visit she made. Hanan said she witnessed poverty stricken people who are suffering from hunger and dying due to the lack of food. She added that the meat will be distributed by the Islamic Relief Organization.
