The famous Egyptian actor Hussein Fahmi announced that he was also thinking of throwing a shoe at the American president George Bush when he was attending the Dafoos seminar in Sharm Al Sheikh last summer. Fahmi added that he reclined from doing so because he didn’t want to create a diplomatic problem that is unclear to where it will lead to.
Fahmi says that the Iraqi journalist who threw the shoe at George Bush became a symbol for a revolting and oppressed country. It is needless to say that Fahmi was a Goodwill Ambassador at the United Nations and his term finished a few years ago.
