The violent situations that clouded Egypt’s famous Tahrir Square this past Friday with the breakout of demonstrations has forced young singer Janat to postpone recording her new song “Akthar min Kalam” (More than talk) that is a patriotic song scheduled to be released during the one year anniversary of Egypt’s January 25 Revolution that overthrew the government of ousted President Husni Mubarak.

Janat was supposed to record the song in one of the Egyptian Radio and Television recording studios, but the events in Tahrir Square and unstable security situation forced her to postpone the project for a few days, reported the London based Elaph.

The song is written by prominent poet Abd Al Rahman Al Abanudi, composed by Ziad Al Taweel, musically distributed by Tareq Akef and is a production of the Egyptian Television.
