What's made Egyptian director Khaled Al Hajjar super angry at Moroccan singer Jannat and her music label Rotana?

According to Khaled, the two have stolen images from his latest TV drama series "Farah Layla" (Layla's Wedding), which starred veteran Egyptian actress Laila Elwi, for use in Jannat's music video.

The music video "Eish aktar" (Live More) was released on YouTube and featured scenes from the TV series, which according to Khaled "was not officially approved by him."

The director has vowed to take legal action against the songstress and her music production company, saying: "I cannot understand how the singer Jannat and the music production company Rotana have given themselves the permission to use scenes from my work and the work of others to create their music video! They never even bothered to call me or the showmakers for permission. Where's the justice in their actions? I'm going to take on all the legal actions possible to put a stop to this nonsense."

Do you think Jannat and Rotana are in real trouble now? No question about it!
