ALBAWABA - Justin Timberlake was detained for driving under the influence in the Hamptons, according to a court official.

A legal source reports that they apprehended and held the "Cry Me A River" singer in Sag Harbor on Monday night.

The musician is facing accusations linked to driving while drunk, according to an officer from the Sag Harbor Justice Court who verified the matter with Newsday. Timberlake will appear in court on Tuesday.

The "ABC News" segment aired.

Concerts in New York City are on the itinerary for next week for the "Prince of Pop," a former member of NSYNC who has been touring the globe since April as part of his "The Forget Tomorrow World" tour.

Next Tuesday and Wednesday, Timberlake will perform at Madison Square Garden, and on Friday and Saturday, he will play in Chicago's United Center.

Timberlake posted pictures of his boys, Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3, two days ago in honor of Father's Day.

With the caption "The two greatest gifts in my life," the pleased father congratulated his children via Instagram on Sunday, June 16. Your decision to become your father has taught me a lot about who I am.

He continued, "I will always stand by your side, guiding you and providing unwavering support." You two mean the world to me.
