Syrian actress Kinda Alloush doesn't mind being a lesbian... on screen that is!
In an interview with the talk show "Women's Secrets," Kinda said when asked if she would play the role of a gay woman that she indeed would, as long as no sexual scenes are involved, reported Khaberni.
As an actress, you're required to be prepared for any role thrown your way. However, Kinda's fans were utterly disappointed with her answer, noting that they're huge fans of hers for her choice of respectable roles over the years.
Many of her Facebook followers even demanded that Kinda apologizes for her statement.
Kinda answered another arguably controversial question during the interview, which was whether she would wear the niqab - the Muslim face cover - or not.
The answer was "no"! Kinda said that if she did, she wouldn't able to see anyone through it and neither would they, reported Assawsana.
"It would be like a black blob," she commented.
But does she feel sorry for those who wear it?
"I don't feel bad for anyone who chooses to do something by choice. That's their choice and they're free to do as they please. They will be the ones to pay the price for it later."
Can we see Kinda covering up her luscious locks anytime soon though? That's likely, as Kinda admitted to considering wearing the hijab in the future!
