She's allegedly said no to theme song offers for Ramadan TV dramas, and she's sticking to singing her patriotic heart out.

Tunisian singer Latifa is prepping for her upcoming patriotic song dedicated to Egypt with love. Collaborating with composer Amro Mustafa, Latifa described the song as a big surprise for Arabs everywhere (she clearly likes keeping us on our toes).

Not to leave her home country out, she added that she is also preparing anther patriotic song for Tunisia composed by famous Lutfi Abu Shunaq titled “Tunisia Min Fadel Rabi Ali” (A Tunisian, A Gift From God).

According to Laha Magazine, aside from preparing for the two patriotic songs, Laifa will be releasing a new song titled “Baha Baha” that is sung in the Tunisian dialect and sends out a message to those in power. It's more of a warning to rulers of nations to take care of the things that matter to the less fortunate or their seat in power will be “Baha Baha” (Gone Gone).
