Making Lebanon proud: Nicole Saba scores first place in the international “North Vision Song Contest”

Lebanese singer Nicole Saba has won first place in the song competition “North Vision Song Contest” for her song "Hafdal Ahlam" (I Will Keep on Dreaming).

The Lebanese diva beat singers from 47 countries around the world. The competition was launched on YouTube and established by James Davenport and Jan Simmons, and included artists from 48 competing countries. Way to go Nicole!

According to the Middle East news portal, the competition features songs that are aired on TV or radio, and votes to select the most popular singles are done through YouTube.

Lebanon came in first place, beating France with only three points. Sweden came in third place.
