Actress Mariam Hussein opened up about her divorce from Saudi actor Faisal al Faisal yesterday, but today her ex-hubby posted a video telling his side of the story.
While Mariam implied through an Instagram post that one of the reasons Faisal and her broke up was because he cheated on her, he posted a video dismissing her claims, assuring their fans that "I didn't cheat with her with a Russian or Syrian woman."
Faisal further assured his fans that he has the utmost respect for Mariam, who is pregnant with their first child together.
The actor did however surprise his fans by revealing that he has received many phone calls congratulating him on his divorce from Mariam.
In her interview with Emarat News yesterday, Mariam stressed that she is a strong woman and that pregnancy has made her even stronger, while assuring her fans that she still loves Faisal and will remain friends with him, but that all her love will go to their baby for the time being.
